1. Introduction
Welcome to Happy Houndzzz. By booking or using our services, you agree to the terms set out on this page. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our dog daycare, grooming, swimming, café, and activity centre services.
2. Eligibility
All dogs must be fully vaccinated and in good health. We reserve the right to decline a booking if we believe a dog is unsuitable for group environments or is displaying signs of illness or aggression.
3. Behaviour & Safety
Your dog’s safety is our priority. However, owners remain responsible for any damages or injuries caused by their dog while on our premises.
4. Payment & Cancellations
Payment is due at the time of booking or upon arrival, depending on the service. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be charged in full.
5. Emergencies
In the event of a medical emergency, we will attempt to contact the owner immediately. If necessary, we reserve the right to seek veterinary care and the owner agrees to cover all costs incurred.
6. Personal Belongings
Please clearly label all personal items (toys, leads, bedding, etc.). We are not responsible for lost or damaged belongings.
7. Use of Images
From time to time we may take photos or videos of dogs enjoying our facilities for marketing purposes. Please let us know if you would prefer your dog not be included.
8. Privacy & Data
We only collect data necessary to provide our services. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated occasionally. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the latest terms.
